My Love for Baking

Baking has become my passion that I have decided to share with the world. I have always loved baking and I would always bring baked goods to my job for other people to taste. Of coarse, I used to bake from the box until one day my co worker said "Anybody can bake from a box". So, I though um hum, maybe he has a point. Well, my husband aunt shared with me some ingredients from scratch over the phone for a pound cake. I didn't know how the cake was going to turn out until I baked it and OMG, it was a hit, even with her. I thought baking from scratch is not bad at all and since then, I have not used another box for anything. I knew I was in love with baking, but from then on, I fell deeply in Love with baking. It's been two years since I started baking all the time and sometimes I do it... just because. I bake everything from scratch from cupcakes, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies, pies, & etc. I am always looking for different recipes and different ways on how to make recipes my own. Furthermore, I have decided to share my passion with who ever and where ever by creating my business: M&M D'LITES, which is inspired by my family. Marcus & Mykalah are my kids that's the light of my life and I would love for my food to be the lite in your tummy!! My husband is also very inspirational because he always support me no matter what and he is one of my most honest critics, which I appreciate greatly. I am still learning the ins and out of baking but, this is my passion. Besides working out to relieve stress, I bake. Although there are many steps to follow and can seem stressful, I find it very therapeutic. I thank Mother for buying me my 1st Easy Bake Oven when I was 7 years old and I Thank God for installing this passion in my heart, which allow me to provide comfort for the world. So from me oven to your stomach, I Thank you for allowing me to share My Love for Baking.

  1. Evertime I try something, all I want is more. She is a great cook. First item I tried was a cheese cake. It was awesome. Then I tried a sample of brownie. Spent a few hours trying to figure out what was in it. If you haven't tasted the great sweets, what are you waiting for???
